Webpages by Me and Moon & Stars are not responsible for the loss of webpages due to any reason.  If pages are lost they cannot be retrieved.  It is the clients responsibility to copy pages they may want to keep on their computer or have Webpages by Me copy them at certain times for them.  Non payment will result in removal and loss of all pages from website.

*technical or customer support is largely free of charge unless it becomes a huge amount of work to fix a problem, then we would have to charge a fee.
