page. When you are done shopping click on the check out link
and proceed with check out to complete your order. You will
recieve an email confirmation that your order was received.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please
contact me within 5 business days from receipt
of your order and I will do my best to resolve
the sitiuation to your satisfaction.
All orders are carefully packaged in order to help
with a safe delivery, so any item returned or
exchanged must be in the same condition as it
left my store. I cannot be held liable for damage
done by the postal service.
All discounted "Yard Sale" items or items
that have been personalized are not eligible for
refund or exchange.
Any refund or exchange for any reason will
be given less the original shipping fees. All
refunds and exchanges do need advanced
approval, so please email me first before
sending any item back. The buyer will be
responsible for the item to be shipped back
to My Country Cottage, as well as any
additional charges for an item to
be reshipped.
