I will ALWAYS ship your order on the same day as I receive your payment.

Postage is by Royal Mail First Class which aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays.

Payment is accepted:

~online via PayPal in which case the goods will be shipped immediately on receipt of payment

~Money Orders and Cashiers Cheques in which case the goods will be shipped immediately on receipt of payment

~Personal Cheques are accepted if received within 7 days of the order being placed. The cheque will need to clear (10 days) before goods are shipped.

 


All items are guaranteed to arrive as described with refunds granted if the item is materially different than stated. Items must be returned within 10 days of original delivery and are subject to inspection before issuance of a refund.

Personalised and custom made quilts and gifts are non-returnable.

 


All my quilts are machine washable. Complete care instructions come with each quilt so that it can be treasured forever.
