FELTING YARNS FROM HEATHS COUNTRY STORE

One of the most popular crafts in the store has to be felting and it comes in three forms

1 - knitting with pure wools then felting the item in a washing machine
2 - wet felting with pure merino roving
3 - dry felting with a needle

Felting Yarns from Bev at Knitting4fun
these delicious colours come from our most local source near Nottingham. These yarns are specifically for felt knitting. Why can't you use just any pure wool yarn? Because very often the type of hair used within the yarn may not successfully felt, it could even have been treated to be anti-felting and because felting is done at higher temperatures the colours could bleed - not with the yarns we sell
