The only other place you will be able to buy this yarn is outside of the UK or over the internet at nearly twice the price!     Tosca is a chunky yarn   Tosca is a most beautiful yarn, soft, natural feeling, light and warm in the most lovely gradations and broken stripings     Tosca is only £2.99 for a 50g ball at 92meters   Tosca is a 55% wool and 45% synthetic blend     We have 15 to 16 colours in the shop at any one time. Not all are featured here as some of the colours just don't come out very well on a computer screen. Sorry but sometimes only the real thing counts   The colours form in different ways in the different types of Tosca     Tosca Degrade is a tonal, sometimes very mild variegated colour, block striping yarn   Tosca Maxi is a much more variegated colour striping yarn. Sometimes the stripes barely make a row, sometimes they span over several rows     Tosca Jaspe is a solid colour yarn, though saying that the yarn is very subtely coloured by blending multiple variations.   Tosca requires a gentle washing which suggests that at some stage I'm going to have to try felting with it!     Tosca is the type of yarn that if a British manufacturer made them would cost between £6 and £8 a ball   As Tosca is made on the continent (Italy) and they pay much lower prices for the highest quality yarns we can offer it at a similar price. £2.99     Tosca knits from most chunky patterns.
