  I’ve only had 3 evenings (approx. 15 hrs.) and already I’ve accomplished way more than I had in the last 9 mos. of dealing with another host/web builder. I still have a little more “tweaking” I’d like to do before “opening up” but, I suspect I should be ready by week’s end, if not before. Right now, I just have 2 or 3 remaining questions, but I’ll wait to see if they’re answered in the web builder instructions before bothering you.

Debbie, I have to tell you … I’ve explored other web design services over the past 6 or so months. I’ve read the different “proposals” and, when available, I’ve even tried out their demos for building a DIY site. In each case, either what they offered wasn’t what I needed or the customer service just wasn’t responsive enough. I am sooooo glad we connected.  

You have great “customer service.” You’re personable. You’re there. That’s what sold me. From just talking to you over the phone gave me back a sense of confidence. And your web builder is user-friendly enough that it isn’t necessary for a person to understand HTML to end up with a decent looking site that functions, but if a person understands little (or a lot) of HTML the possibilities only increase. I finally feel happy with the choice I’ve made.
